Quorn Chicken Pieces

A quick yet delicious recipe with prepared with minimal fuss and very little prep time! With my kitchen currently undergoing a complete makeover, I wanted serve a freshly cooked home meal using available ingredients in my fridge/freezer. This one is also perfect my my uni-going daughter to whip up with ease so this one’s for you Mariya❤️

Serves: 4

Prep time: 5 mins

Cooking time: 30 mins


  • 500g Quorn Chicken Pieces
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 3 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper & 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing (optional)


  1. Heat the oil and saute the onions and garlic for 3-4 mins.
  2. Stir in the dry spiced and continue to saute for another minute.
  3. Mix in the tomato puree and then add in the Quorn pieces with the peppers.
  4. Garnish with coriander if using.
