Najma’s Indian Cookery Classes take place in my home kitchen in Raynes Park where I have been teaching since 2013. After 10 years of teaching, I will be debuting my classes at an exciting new venue in Tooting’s Community Business Hub next month!
My cooking class are small and hands-on, providing enthusiastic learners the opportunity to learn in a relaxed and friendly environment. In each class you will learn the essential techniques of Indian cooking, including how to blend spices to achieve the authentic flavours true to traditional home recipes.
From prepping ingredients to cooking and sampling the final dishes, you will take away a skill for life plus the dishes you have prepared to share at home with family or friends.
