Description
A “thali” is a traditional Indian platter used to serve a complete meal. Dry vegetables dishes, curry, dal, pickles and chutney are typically served in small bowls known as ‘katoris’. Rice and breads are arranged on the platter to accompany these.
In this class we will prepare 4-5 dishes to create a nutritionally balanced and authentic vegetarian platter (thali). Below is a sample menu:
