Description
A “thali” is a traditional Indian platter used to serve a complete meal. Dry vegetables dishes, curry, dal, pickles and chutney are typically served in small bowls known as ‘katoris’. Rice and breads are arranged on the platter to accompany these.
In this class we will prepare:
Mattar Aloo
Dal Tadka
Chapatis
Cumin Rice
The final presentation will be completed with yogurt and pickle!
