In this hands-on masterclass, you’ll discover the secrets behind achieving perfectly cooked, fluffy rice, balancing spices, building layers of flavour, and mastering the traditional dum technique — slow-steaming the biriyani in a sealed pot to lock in its aroma, moisture and richness.

Add to this a cooling Cucumber Raita as an accompaniment to make a complete meal.
